She holds a dual Bachelor’s degree in Childhood Education and Special Education, a Master’s in Educational Leadership, and graduate certificates in School Building Leadership and School District Leadership. In addition, she earned a Leadership Certificate in School Management & Leadership, demonstrating her expertise in systems thinking, strategic leadership, and organizational growth.

Ms. London’s career includes impactful roles as a Network Mentor and Leader, Instructional Coach, and Assistant Principal, where she has consistently strengthened teacher practice, elevated instructional rigor, and advanced student achievement. Her leadership is rooted in building educator capacity, fostering inclusive school cultures, and implementing structures that support continuous improvement and sustainable success.

As a Doctoral Candidate in Innovation & Continuous Improvement, Ms. London is committed to leading a powerful educational movement aimed at reshaping the future of teaching and learning. She is a passionate change agent who empowers both educators and students to reach their fullest potential while championing equity, creativity, and high expectations.
