Tutors will provide one-on-one and small-group instruction, both in-person and online. Ideal candidates are committed to excellent instruction, consistent communication, and helping every student reach their academic goals.ResponsibilitiesProvide engaging, standards-aligned tutoring sessions for K–12 studentsImplement Greater Minds’ instructional frameworks and progress-monitoring toolsCommunicate regularly with families and/or school partnersTrack attendance, session notes, and student progressUse data to adjust instruction and support individualized learning plansMaintain professionalism, punctuality, and a positive learning environmentAttend occasional paid training and onboarding sessions
QualificationsRequired:Experience tutoring or teaching K–12 studentsStrong knowledge of your subject area(s)Ability to explain concepts clearly and patientlyReliable internet for virtual sessions (if online)Able to pass a background checkCommitment to professionalism, punctuality, and integrityPreferred (but NOT required):
Prior classroom teaching experienceSpecial Education experienceCertified teacher or working toward certificationExperience working with diverse learners and multilingual students
